No Refund Policy

Sheepod operates exclusively on a monthly subscription model.

• Subscription Service: Fees are paid monthly in advance for continued access to the Sheepod app delivery service.

• No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any subscription fees, whether in full or partial, including for months partially used.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current paid monthly billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.
